The Lair is a thrilling escape room experience and a haunted attraction all in one. Brave souls will solve puzzles and unravel secrets within the rooms to reach safety.
What’s an escape game?
This is a game where players are "locked" inside a labyrinth of rooms, and puzzles must be solved within the time limit to escape.
Is The Lair terrifying?
The rooms are indeed scary. Each game is stacked with spooky props made by professionals. We use many elements of horror to provide for a fun and thrilling experience, without relying on jump scares.
What if I can’t handle the room?
The door is always open if you need to exit for any reason. You will never be locked inside the room. Please be aware that no refunds will be given to any player who quits.
How long do I have to beat the game?
You have one hour to escape.
What if I get stuck and need a hint?
Players will be given unlimited hints upon request.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time.
Do I have to fill out a wavier?
All guests must sign a wavier before the game can begin.
Do you have age restrictions?
Guests under 12 years of age will not be admitted without approval. Guests between the ages of 12 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I have a few drinks before playing?
Any guest that is noticeably intoxicated or disruptive will be asked to leave without a refund.
How many players can each game hold?
All games require a minimum of two players and have a maximum of up to ten players. Each game has a different maximum.
What if I have a group larger than ten players?
We recommend splitting the group evenly and booking two separate games during the same time slot.
Can I book multiple games on the same day?
Yes, you may book as many games as you like.
Do I have to book online?
Reservations are mandatory to guarantee a spot. BOOK NOW!
Are your rooms private?
We only offer private bookings, and you won't ever have to solve puzzles with strangers.
What happens if I’m late?
No late arrivals will be allowed after the game’s start time. Please allow ample time for travel, as refunds and reschedules are not permitted.
Can I reschedule my booking?
You must contact us to reschedule a booking at least 72 hours before your reservation. Please give us a call to reschedule your reservation.
Can I cancel or receive a refund?
There are absolutely no refunds and all sales are final.
